The Cathedral Crypt, the largest of its kind in Ireland, dates back to the 12th century, while the serene neo-gothic nave provides a tranquil retreat from city life. This self-guided tour offers access to both the nave and the crypt.

• Christ Church is a working cathedral and a sacred space. No eating or drinking, or the wearing of baseball caps or any type of hat is permitted inside the cathedral.
• As a working cathedral, in exceptional circumstances, Christ Church will sometimes close at short notice. Please check the cathedral website and social media for updates. In these instances, visitor tickets will be honored the next day or a full refund offered.
