DO NOT BOOK THIS: False and Misleading Information - This tour operator is listing false information on their page and I respectfully recommend they be taken down from Viator and TripAdvisor. I am a travel agent and I dealt with this operator on behalf of my client (Lisa K.) and her husband. Below are the issues my clients experienced: First: The activity is listed as lasting 2 hours. It lasted SIX hours. After the activity, it became clear that two hours is literally impossible because it takes one hour to even drive out to the desert. So how is it possible that the activity only lasts two hours? Because of the activity taking three times as long as advertised, my clients missed their other activity for the day. Second: The activity promises an assistant to help with the dress ("support staff"). There was no one to help with the dress. My client's husband had to help, and he did not know what to do. Because of this, the pictures came out awful because the dress was not positioned right. Third: The activity allows you to choose a time for the photoshoot. My clients chose 10am. The NIGHT BEFORE the activity, the provider messaged my clients and told them they have to do 6am because the photographer said 10am is not good. If 10am is not good, why was that available as an option? And why did the provider wait until the night before to advise my clients of the need to change the time? Fourth: The driver was supposed to arrive the night before to drop off the dress. He kept saying he was close by, but never arrived until the morning. Fifth: The phone number provided by the operator to Viator/TripAdvisor is incorrect. I tried to reach out to troubleshoot these issues and was told I had the wrong number. Sixth: The driver insisted on a tip from my clients. That is extremely unprofessional. We have all the WhatsApp messages to document everything. This whole operation was completely unprofessional and not as advertised. It appears the provider does not fully own this business and instead tries to contract out the photoshoot to available photographers and drivers at the time. It was a sloppy and terrible experience for my clients. I do not recommend booking this activity.
