- For health and safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not permitted to enter Ski Dubai and children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter or skate on the slope.
- Children between the ages of 3 and 14 must wear a helmet at all times
- Height and safety requirements apply, and visitors may not be able to enter all rides
