Voucher Not Accepted - I purchased experience to this Venue earlier in 2022 to be used in December 2022 and was issued a Voucher with a Bar Code as Validation. At some point in time, between the purchase and use, the Coding accepted by the Venue switched from a Bar Code to QR Code and when we got to Ski Dubai, our Voucher was not accepted. I called the reference phone number and did not get an answer. I then Texted and nearly immediately did get a New Voucher that allowed us to get Tickets and access the Venue.
