Top notch jet ski experience - I’ve ridden jet skis at other locations and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The equipment was top notch and our guide took us far away from the shore where he captured some awesome action video shots and photos. This was A-1 service. Highly recommend.

It was great. - I did my jet ski ride with Daniel, it was great! We went to see the Burj Al Arab, a very beautiful view. We can let go in terms of speed, I recommend.

How to get a refund from trip advisor following a cancellation due to bad weather conditions? - This PM, the Dubai Marina jet-ski tour activity was canceled by the service provider due to the enormous rains and flooding in Dubai. We cannot postpone until tomorrow, we are going back to Belgium tomorrow. The service provider advised me to request a refund from Trip Advisor but it was impossible to send them an email on this subject.
