Best experience and customer service - I have booked an excursion, but due to unforseen circumstances, we couldn't make it for the selected dates. The green planet employees were so helpful and kind, and changed our booking to another excursion that suits the dates that we could attend. This is beyond the fact that the kids had the best time of their life! Visiting the green planet is always number one in the list when we visit dubai.
