During this excursion, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities:
Snowy Slopes: You’ll discover five distinct runs with a range of difficulties, featuring the world’s pioneering indoor black diamond slope. This destination caters to everyone from novices to seasoned skiers and snowboarders, with a slope appropriate for every level of expertise.
Snow Park: A delightful zone filled with numerous engaging activities fit for all ages. Relish the excitement of snow tubing, tobogganing, scaling towers, giant snowballs, and delving into the interactive snow playground.
Ski/Snowboarding Lessons: Offering specialized ski and snowboarding instruction for every level, from the uninitiated to proficient enthusiasts. Certified trainers stand ready to aid participants in learning new techniques or honing existing abilities on the snow-covered inclines.
Winter Experiences: The location provides a selection of unique winter thrills. Experience the adrenaline rush of the Snow Bullet, a covered aerial zipline course that carries you soaring over the runs, or the Giant Ball, where you encapsulate yourself within a massive inflatable sphere to descend down a slope.

• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
