- You need to reach Helipad 1 hour prior to the tour time for security check and safety briefing.
- Check in Gate closes 45 minutes prior to the flight time and if you do not arrive 45 minutes prior the flight time it will be considered as no show (no refund or rescheduling of the flight). no refun
- Carrying original photo ID (Passport, Driving License or Emirates Id) is mandatory. If you are not able to produce Original ID you will not be allowed to board helicopter, and it will be considered as no show (no refund or rescheduling of flight)
- The time you selected is not the original time. Time will differ by plus / minus (+/-) 60 minutes.

Best experience in Dubai - Today we went on a private tour with six friends, the staff were very helpful having even booked at the last minute. The driver gave us a great tour and explained everything we were seeing. We recommend it to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience in Dubai.

Great experience just need more understanding of how to know who is picking us up - Everythings was wonderful, but we did not know how to obtain the transportation...so we had to purchase a taxi.

0 Transparency + Worst customer services! - So apparently VooTours are not able to abide by the booking times mentioned in Viator website, as soon as i booked the heli tour for 2:30, they have reached out to me via whatsapp to change the timings of the tour which forced me to change my travel plans which resulted in me and my wife missing the heli tour.
