Amazing wrap up - It exceeded our expectations. The staff is friendly and the food is good. It was an excellent wrap up in our trip after staying at the Palm and seen it from the observatory.

Perfect for sightseeing. - I booked with them directly rather than via be my guide as they usually have discounts online. We used there office to wait in as we arrived early. They have air con, free wifi and a little bar for drinks while you wait. They also sold a few souvenirs so you can have a little look or shop while you wait for your yacht. They don’t have toilets in the office only on board the yacht’s. We did the 11:30-1:30 lunch slot shared with other people. The views of the Dubai eye, marina, Burj al Arab and parts of the palm were amazing. It was such a warm day I stayed downstairs for most of it as the shaded area upstairs was full so bare that in mind. If you want to be in the shade to get on first. They had an onboard photographer if you want to buy those too. The bbq food was a mixture of meats and salads. They also provided water and fresh juice for the whole time and then fizzy drinks during dinner. One of the staff used my phone to take pictures and a video of my partner which was nice he was lovely. The directions they provided for the taxi were easy to use and was only a 5 minute walk to the office. You also need to remove shoes once on board and they provide slippers to wear. Would recommend this as a good sightseeing tour and a different way to see some sights for some good pictures.

Seeing Dubai in a different way - It was a very memorable experience seeing Dubai in a different way plus good food and music, we are free to go around the yacht during the tour. Thanks to the crew for being very friendly and helpful especially when taking our photos and videos

Boat tour and lunch - X25 - the staff were fantastic and we had so much fun! The food was good and there was even music for us to enjoy while we were on the tour which created a greater vibe. Thank you!

10/10 experience. - The service was absolutely incredible, best staff I’ve ever experienced. I am so grateful for all their help. Regan was such an amazing staff member, offered me drinks, food and showed me all the blissful sights of Dubai marina and the palm. I can’t thank the xclusive yachts staff enough! Please make sure you book with them, they will not disappoint you at all. Thanks guys you made my Dubai trip fantastic!!

2 hour boat tour - We had initially booked a 3 hour tour but it was cancelled. We were informed about it by WhatsApp. Luckily they responded fast and we were able to rebook another tour. Not quite what we liked (to have seen) but we loved being on the water as the temperature rose to about 41 degrees. I was pleased we had airco down in the cabin to cool down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Music initially too loud but they were willing to lower the sound which made it more comfortable for the ears, especially as you try to catch some wind but the speaker is also right there! Food was fine : some mixed fruit, hamburgers, chicken burgers, lamb, vegetable skewers, etc and a small dessert. Enough for everyone and warm as well. The boat was very clean, kept clean, including the downstairs toilet! (Important) We stayed for two hours on the water. Enough for what we got to see and the extreem heat. Would I book again? Sure! Perhaps also try another option as well. Thank you for this lovely experience!
