- Available languages: English, German and French
- If you booked the option Burj Khalifa: Last admission to the Burj Khalifa: 45 minutes before closure. Generally, we will book your Burj Khalifa visit for the first day of your trip for an available time slot between 09.00AM - 02:00PM. If you should have a preferred visiting time, you are free to advise us in the message box within the booking process. Available time slots: between 8.30 am – 2.30 pm or 7pm – 11pm (subject to availability).
- The Tripadvisor Voucher is not accepted on site and cannot be used as your Dubai City Pass! Only the passes sent from Turbopass are your official Dubai City Pass documents!
- After booking, please read carefully the City Pass ticket attachment, where you find all information, opening times and details about each included attractions. Be informed that some attractions require a reservation 24 hrs in forehand.

Good value for money - Another good way to get to see Dubai top attractions and have access to many places , gain insite to what Dubai is all about .

Dubai City Pass, GREAT VALUE! - Many activities included! Definitely a good deal for the money. Highly recommend. However, do your homework. You must get from your hotel to various Mall locatios to get on the Hop on Bus. Also for the other tours. We did the 7 day pass. The only complaint we had was the Desert Safari hotel pickup. We waited in the hotel lobby for 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. A great way to see many Dubai attractions.

Included a good many things - We only got the 2 day pass for our group of 3. We enjoyed the Burj Khalifa observatory and the Desert Safari was great. We used the Hop-on-Hop-off Bus for sites along the routes. We got our passes just fine on-line. Had no issues there. All in all a good buy.

Good idea but max deffort required - Pass and informations partly shared via trip advisor inbox and not emailed directly. Had to run around quite abit trying to sort tickets. But worth it in the end

Just promises but no passes. Do NOT use! - Do NOT use this company. They do not keep there promisses No passes after paying for them, not possible to contact them by phone or email as stated on their app. We got a tape telling us they were closed! How? You are in the Industry of Tourism, how can you be closed? So after a day waiting for nothing, we ordered our activities directly with the providers. We hope to get our 1000 euros back as promised….

Poor value for money - Brought and paid for a 5 attraction pass for myself and my wife through the website. The promised email ticket never arrived prompting frantic phone calls and emails to find someone who could help. Only a couple of days before our Dubai break did I manage to get the two passes emailed to me. This allowed me to pre-book a couple of tours. Unfortunately again the promised email vouchers never arrived in my email inbox. I did eventually get voucher numbers which allowed me to get the tickets at the attraction after queueing which the whole point of having the dubai city pass was to avoid those queues. In addition when visiting other attractions from the list in Dubai at my expense to get to those attractions, it turns out that the attraction wasnt open or wasnt doing the dubai city pass tour as documented on the website. Overall from the five attractions I was able to visit three which meant that the overall value for money was non existent with me actually losing money by buying the dubai city pass rather than the huge savings promised.
Overall I would not purchase this pass again and would recommend to others that they booked the attractions through the individual attraction site.
