Sunset safari - Booked 5 day hop on tour with sunset safari as well, used the different ‘ lines’ numerous on different days finding them quite efficient and on time most days except unfortunately a break down of the last bus on the last night causing us to get a cab from furthest area of the route to hotel (or wait for replacement bus)! Of note is the attitude and performance of our driver Zahid on the Sunset Safari who was courteous, kind, helpful and funny when we arrived at the location - a credit to your company!

Amazing big bus tour af safari . - Big Bus Tour's desert sunset experience was unforgettable! The camel ride was a highlight, and the hours ride allowed us to soak in the stunning views. Hina painting on our hands was a lovely touch. Sipping Arabic coffee ☕️and dates was a great addition. We even got to see a falcon also 🫠 And huge thanks to driver Minhaj for being super helpful. Highly recommend

Choosing Big Bus Tours was the best decision I made it was an unforgettable experience! From the start, Minhaj (Stop 13) warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond to guide me since I wasn’t sure what to do at first. His kindness and patience made me feel at ease. At Dubai Mall, I met the lovely Esther, who not only issued my receipt but also took the time to clearly explain all the tour routes. She helped me choose the perfect one the Blue Line for my first experience. A big thank you to Zahid, who helped capture beautiful memories with amazing photos, and to Paul, who also took a great picture of me at one of the stops. Both were friendly and professional. Dhijil was another gem on the team kind, polite, and helpful in every way. The Dhow Cruise was the cherry on top! A magical evening I’ll never forget. Dubai Big Bus Hop on Hop Off - This is our second day on the Big Bus, and so far it has been an awesome experience. Tonight we went to the Desert Safari tour. Our bus driver Raju went above and beyond his duty to ensure we had a wonderful time, capturing the moment by taking photos for us. 5 Star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Raju great bus tour. Activities and photo taken experiences given spots to be best at and when. Explained as we went. - Experienced desert tour, blue line & red line bus routes all fantastic and great drivers and staff around when required. Experience city of Dubai, the main sightseeing areas around JBR and desert trip.

Nice way to get around the city - It's a very memorable trip to the desert I enjoy the sunset riding the camel riding a horse and take action photo. The driver ram is very helpful and friendly. Great experience

Forced to give a five star review by drivers - The drivers were FORCING US to rate them and give them five stars that's why I'm giving this company a one star. One of the drivers requested for my phone so he could show me the website to use when rating the company then he went ahead to do the rating and review. He even included his name in the review giving himself five stars. After getting my phone from him, I immediately deleted the review he had written. Another driver after the night tour refused to open the bus door until we did the review. He dictated to me what I should write including adding his name in the review and instructed me to give a five star rating. Again I deleted this review as soon as I was able to. Big Bus company Dubai, please note that your staff is harassing your customers and demanding five star reviews. Tell your employees to stop this and most importantly that THEY SHOULD NOT TOUCH YOUR CUSTOMERS PHONES. Introduce a rule that punishes any of your staff who forces customers to give reviews or touches the customers phones.
