Trip to the UAE desert - Interesting to learn about the culture and history of the desert part of the country. Talented stage performers.

Poorly Organised - Poorly organised. We booked the tour and received confirmation email that we would be picked up at 3pm. I sent a WhatsApp message to confirm pick up. No response from anyone. I rang the company and the lady was unhelpful said “white car be out front 3pm” didn’t give us the name of driver and I still didn’t have confidence that we would be picked up. We waited outside the building at 3pm after about 10 mins I ring the company again and were told “they on the way” after 20 mins of waiting, we finally get a text from the driver who said he will be there at 3:45 mins. I had my 75 year old mother with me and wasn’t impressed about standing around for such a long time! When he arrived he advised that their operations only told him to pick us up at 3:05pm. He didn’t even know about it until the last min. Being late and unsure of what was happening really ruined the spirit of the tour and we missed 1 hour of what we paid for.

No desert experience - I was looking forward to enjoying deserts … but instead it was a crowded “touri-event” a teal desert has nothing to do with it …should have expected this for this price… what a pitty!

I do not recommend (company) - Bad experience! We had 3 hours of travel to go plus 3 hours for the return to pick up and drop off the group (6 people/3 addresses) very far from each other. Several changes of cars on the way for the trip in the Desert. Not enough space in the car! Stress in planning and organization (all in 8 hours but in reality only 2 hours to enjoy). Very low quality food and drinks, only a proposal of a chicken / meat kafta for the grill (which was served to me directly by the hand without a gang of waiters and there was no dessert. Time for supper during the quick show. The camels, snowboard and photos with the bird were on site outside different from another excursion that I do with a stop to enjoy dessert before the sunset on the way. On the other hand, the driver /guide was friendly
