Top activity with teenagers!! - Top speedboat morning the palm Jumeirah from the Marina to the burj al Arab. At any moment family photos are taken by the crew, with us it was Mohammed . The retreat was through the Palm instead of around it. And then on the last a few quick rides and nice circles - really fun for the teenagers. They thought this was the best trip in Dubai.

really loved my love boat experience. It was chill and refreshing. Special thanks to prakash, he always initiate to take pictures with us. He explained very well about the destination and he put an effort to explain and google translate for those who do not speak english. His dedication is amazing. 100/100

Amazing Experience - I really loved my love boat experience. It was chill and refreshing. Special thanks to prakash, he always initiate to take pictures with us. Shower effect - In a bit rough sea, unfortunately, photography was not possible during the trip and the photo stops had to be kept a bit shorter. With a short shower it was a unique experience!

Horrible customer service - The company sent us directions on Whatsapp. Our taxi driver took us to Spinneys supermarket as directed. The staff at the supermarket had no idea where we should go from there. We asked 2 different security guards and were told that the directions didn't make sense. We messaged the company and were told to come for a later tour. On our second attempt to find the dock we still couldn't find it. We called the company at 12.45 and they didn't answer (they later claimed we called them at 13.30 despite me sending them screenshots of the unanswered calls, then they subsequently claimed that Whatsapp calls don't work for them (which begs the question how they thought we called them at 13.30...). They stopped responding to our messages and washed their hands of us. I'm sure their boat tour is good but their customer service is horrible. They obviously sent us dodgy directions (presumably in error) and rather than taking ownership they were unhelpful, lied to us, accused us of lying and then just stopped responding. We spoke with our hotel concierge later that day and he confirmed that the directions were for the wrong place. We booked a tour with Xclusive Yachts instead which was fantastic so do give them a try.
