An opportunity you can’t miss! - Great experience with Abrar Ahmed very helpful and friendly driver. Highly recommend, great for family and friends. An opportunity you can’t miss! Abrar has very good driving skills , definitely has your adrenaline pumping! All staff were very welcoming and we all enjoyed the activities. Would definitely go again.

happy - Our desert safari experience was unforgettable! Our guide Alyas was fantastic: kind, knowledgeable, and always attentive to making every moment special. He made us feel safe during the dune bashing and shared many interesting facts about the desert. I highly recommend this experience with him, made unique by his professionalism and friendliness! Safari with our guise Ahmad - Desert Safari was the highlight of my Dubai trip! Me my mom and my brother booked this experience the same day we wanted to go and our guide Ahmad picked us up on the start time of the trip. He messaged me when he was on his way and when he arrived so we could come down. He drove us an hour outside of the city for atv riding experience. Then he took us to Red Dunes for the safari. I never had this experience before and it was so exciting. He drove us with his Land Cruiser over the hills of sand. It was one of the most exciting experiences I ever had. We stopped in the desert and kayaked down the hill! Then he took us to a camp where we rode camels, had Arabic coffee and food along with some shows. He dropped us back at our hotel at the end of the tour. It was amazing and very fulfilling. Ahmad was the best tour guide to do this with. Ask for him if you ever book any of the Safari tours! He is very nice and funny

A very nice trip, the... - A very nice trip, the driver Rayan was good and caring
The quad biking included is in the restricted flat area for free, and for going to the dunes you have to pay 100AED extra, but it's worth it in my opinion

Be wary of extra fees and food hygiene - We were so excited about that trip!
Months of planning and looking forward to. Driver picked us up later than anticipated which was not a bad idea in August extreme heat. Driver was pleasant, kind, respectful and attentive. However, at the desert we were not told about our free quad ride- instead I was taken to a ticket shop and got presented with a price list for my activity. We were surprised but as it took as long planning and long journey we felt we had no choice and choose something. We did a buggy ride which was a lot of fun. I do however felt used as a tourist and turned into a scam where instead of my free ride I was made to make 1000 UAD expense on top of my previously agreed fee for the safari. I think we are due all the information on which we can make informed decisions! Although we had fun, I would also like to have my free quad ride too! Dunes bashing was awesome. We missed on sandboarding - not sure why. Then we were driven to the camp. There we were offered an upgrade (for a fee) to VIP sitting which we opted for. There were no sugar free drinks available- sugar free was water! I ended up being sick with upset gut the next day and spent a next day in bed! What really got me to give you low review was a response of the Tour Operator to my comment- he said it must have been misunderstanding, no refund! I expected nothing more than honest apology but instead I was told that. I asked for nothing more that making it clear to fellow safari people that you do not have to pay extra! Overall we certainly made some good memories, but also have sour aftertaste mainly due to lack of transparency and accountability.
