Visit the only ice lounge in the Middle East, a spellbinding place featuring ice sculptures, ice seating, and an illuminated interior, all at sub-zero temperatures. Dress warmly with the outer layers provided and enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar. On arrival you’ll be given thermal clothing to help keep you warm in the chilly temperatures. You’ll get a hooded parka, woolen gloves, and shoes and socks, if required. Spend a few minutes in the buffer zone area, at 5 degrees Celsius, to give your body time to adjust to the really low temperature in the main Chillout Lounge.
- You are advised not to take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge (although this is at the parents’ discretion)
- Thermal clothing will be provided for all guests. It is recommended that you wear clothing covering your legs as thermal trousers are not provided. The lounge also has a buffer zone where guests are advised to spend 2-3 minutes acclimatizing their body to the sub-zero temperature inside the lounge
- Park Timings: Monday to Sundays - 10:00AM to 10:00PM

Glad I had the experience - I have walked past it a few times and never done it.
Decided with some friends to finally do it.
Was agroup of 4 so we got a good discount.
Got all the warm clothing with boots. Trousers, jacket, gloves and hat to keep us nice and warm.
Inside there are so many amazing ice sculptures and ice art, truly amazing to see in the heat of Dubai.
Was very nice to actually feel cold for the first time in many months.
Got the complimentary hot chocolate that was nice and some chicken.
Was a little bit weird being served chicken that was kept warm over a tea light...
When you think traditional hotchoclate you would think marshmallows..... but was still nice.
I would 100% do it again.

Great concept with some problems - I was really interesting by the concept of the restaurant, i wanted to reveal the mystery about this restaurant whatc what is inside, discover the menu
I was a little sectarian seeing the outside but the inside was really a good surprise
However I chose the French boxes, the dish was really successful and tasty, the same for the Paris Brest for dessert. The problem was the starter, I had snails in my box...I really can't eat that
If you like everything I highly recommend this restaurant however be careful if you could have a bad surprise
