Beautiful views - The views were incredible and far beyond what you’d see from just stopping at visitor center area. Our guide Declan was very entertaining and knowledgeable.

Best tour in Ireland! - This tour was the highlight of our 8 day trip in Ireland. Lead by 2 local farmers (we had Vincent as our tour guide but Pat also seemed amazing). You learn so much history and stop in the most amazing spots for pictures and sight seeing. Took around 3.5 hrs and we walked from Doolin up the cliffs and shuttled back down at the end. The other tour group had a shuttle up to the cliffs and hiked down (would recommend doing it this way if you don’t want to hike UP the mountain). It is a moderate hike at over 5km with a few steeper climbs (though our tour guide said he’s had someone at the age of 88 complete it!). It can get fairly warm if the sun is out. Would recommend bringing sunscreen, water and snacks. The farmers/tour guides own the land and take you on areas that are closed off to the public. It truly is amazing and would so recommend this if you want a unique experience to see the cliffs. Vincent said only 1% of visitors actually hike the cliffs, so be apart of that 1%!

Breathtaking! - Pat and Vincent provided an unbelievable experience visiting the Cliffs of Moher! Our tour started with a cloudy, drizzly walk, but the skies cleared as we reached the incredible Cliffs! Not only do you have amazing views of the Cliffs, puffins, and the ocean, Pat and Vincent share history and stories about the local area and Ireland! We even came across a musician with a fiddle preparing for a couple to be engaged on the Cliffs! We wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

Making the best of a bad situation. - We were at the wrong location, and they started without us. When they became aware of us, they came back to get us. The tour was supposed to start with a walk and end with a taxi ride. Because of less than perfect weather, our guide had the taxi bring us to the cliffs to start with in order to beat the fog. It is that kind of knowledge that made our tour incredible.

An unforgettable day hiking on the cliffs of Moher - Today was an unforgettable hike through the cliffs with Pat and his cousin! They led the group fearlessly through the rugged terrain of the cliff’s edge! We learned much about Irish history, culture and ecology! I would rate this as one of my very favorite experiences within the past ten days visit! It was an unforgettable day!!

The best tour we did in... - The best tour we did in Ireland. It felt like we were walking the cliffs with old friends. We loved hearing Pat’s stories of growing up on the cliffs and his part in making the cliff walk a reality.

Real Irish Experience - Pat Sweeney and his cousin Vincent brainstormed this back in the early 2000s and with the approval of 35 other farmer families, planned and built this 5+ mile trail. You get a good workout, especially if you start from Doolin and go uphill all the way! Fortunately, we had a van ride to the top and hiked back down into Doolin. If you love scenic views, have decent legs, and are willing to be out 5 hours (Pat likes to improvise routes and times) you will absolutely LOVE this tour. He only takes a nax of 15 people and you completely avoid the tourist crowds of buses at the visitor center. Did I mention the views? I have two words for you... DO THIS.
