- C. Corta, 3 - Pintxos and tapas are what we call miniature cuisine, where the variety of tastes you can create are limited only by your imagination. With our team of chefs, we have prepared this workshop so that you can learn how to create typical Basque pinchos and enjoy them in our gastronomic space in the centre of Donosti.

In this workshop, together with our team of professional chefs, you will prepare and sample the most famous pintxos from the Basque Country:
“Gordal” olives with vermouth
Cod brandade with crispy black rice
Tiger mussels with foamy bechamel sauce
Cheesecake dessert created using one of the avant-garde techniques – spherification
