- Jinshanling Great Wall - Your day begins with an early rendezvous at the “chaoyangmen” subway station at approximately 7:00am, from where you’ll set off directly to the Jinshanling Great Wall, a journey of about 2 hours by car.
The segment of the Great Wall at Jinshanling is situated roughly 120 kilometers to the northeast of Beijing’s city center. It is celebrated as the most authentically preserved stretch from the Ming Dynasty (1369-1645), retaining much of its original architecture. Its remote location atop a mountain offers breathtaking panoramic views, making it a magnet for hikers who visit daily. Following the hike, you’ll be treated to lunch at a nearby eatery before returning to the “dongzhimen” subway station in the city center.
