Worth it - Our experience was amazing. The vibes were great and the staff was so much fun. My drink was always full and lunch was yummy. We had a blast sliding off the boat into the ocean and we took a ton of great pictures. Pick up and drop off was so easy, right to the front door of our villa and despite a little rain we had an absolute blast. Would definitely recommend.

Do not recommend - I do not recommend this excursion. The boat tore up and had us coming back to shore late. It was a bungee ride. Grilled burgers were awesome!

Disappointing.. - I was really wanting to love this excursion. I had seen a lot of videos about it online but the boat did not end up being what we bargained for. The first issue started before we even got on the boat: the pickup transfer time provided was incorrect. I was told I would be picked up at 2:30, then at 2:45, and while getting ready to head to the pick up spot, I got a call that they were already there waiting for me at 2:15. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion as we scrambled to adjust our plans. Once we finally made it to the boat, things only got worse. The excursion promised an “all-you-can-drink” experience, but the liquor ran out within the first hour. With several hours left to go, this was a major disappointment. The staff offered no solutions or attempts to restock, leaving guests frustrated and empty-handed for most of the trip unless they brought their own liquor. Adding to the chaos, the boat broke down multiple times, leaving us stranded in the water while the crew attempted repairs. We were the LAST boat to return to shore, and by that time everyone was tired, bored and cold. People were trying to pay other boats to stop and give them a ride back to shore because we were stuck out at sea until they finally got the boat back up running. To make matters worse, the speakers malfunctioned repeatedly, leaving the boat eerily quiet at times. Since the whole appeal of a party boat is the lively music and upbeat atmosphere, these technical issues completely ruined the mood and left guests awkwardly sitting around. Finally, the return transfer at the end of the excursion was a complete disaster. The vehicle arrived so late that many of us gave up and had to arrange alternative transportation back to our hotels. This lack of organization and consideration was the final straw in an already disappointing day. Overall, this party boat excursion was poorly executed from start to finish. Between the incorrect transfer times, lack of drinks, mechanical issues, and technical failures, it was far from the fun and carefree outing we were promised. If you’re considering a party boat in Punta Cana, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

A boat cruise I would only recommend to my worse enemy !!!! - First off this trip started off terrible and then rapidly declined the entire time We get picked up and hour and a half after the time we were given. When the boat picks us up it’s dirty and they’re cleaning it with water while we get on. They didn’t have any water to offer us. The bride had asked for white balloons as the decorations months ago and when we’re in the boat they’re blowing up the saddest blue balloons that popped shortly after. We were supposed to stop by a dolphin area and the boat literally just went by it and pointed it out and kept going. We were supposed to stop by a natural pool…never happened. One of tje girls wanted to do snorkeling and there was nothing to see. There are 19 GIRLS on board and they had 2 bottles of rum with soda and a nasty sweet juice and a couple bottles of beer. The “bartender” had attitude and was on her phone the WHOLE time. She would sit down and see us as the bar waiting for a drink and would resume texting and not bother standing up. When asked if we could get us a drink she huffed and puffed, so we started to make our own drinks so she could sit and text. The bathrooms wouldn’t flush. When asked to flush it the captain poured a pink liquid and we had to pee in that pink liquid that was already mixed with piss. They had no appetizers available other than a DIRTY bowl they brought out and put chips in with a can of salsa, they didn’t even bother pouring the salsa into a bowl and all the girls had to get their hands dirty in that tiny can of salsa. On top of everything the captain and bartender each were drinking the alcohol and beer and we ran of alcohol very quickly and were told when the food got there we would get more alcohol. The food got there close to the end of the trip- the chicken was so cold and you couldn’t chew the steak. The bride inevitably was upset because of this horrible experience that we were 100% scammed on. When we expressed our discomfort with the captain he apparently spoke to the bartender who then came to confront one of our girls asking her why she was saying that she was on her phone…..UHHHH BECAUSE YOU WERE AND YOU BARELY LIFTED YOUR HEAD UP OTHER THAN TO TWERK WITH US AS IF YOU WERE PROVIDING ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!!! The bride texted with the company and expressed all her disappointment and all they responded with was “buenos días”, not even an apology. At this point the least you could do is refund the bride for the worst service possible. No one on the boat took accountability for the terrible service and that’s very unfortunate! And as a company I see the way you respond to the unsatisfied customers and you should be disappointed in yourselves and should honestly shut down if this is how you treat people who are spending their well earned money!!!! And don’t respond with “we provided blah blah blah and you guys received blah blah blah” BECAUSE NO WE DIDN’T and you’re just straight up lying if you think we did. Luckily we had a great group of girls that made the best out of the situation and still enjoyed ourselves only because we provided a space to do so !!!

Party Boat Excursion - The most unorganized excursion I’ve ever been on! Food quality & quantity was falsely advised! We left almost an hour after we arrive! We didn’t get our time there and it wasn’t enjoyable at all! Bathrooms didn’t flush! Felt like I wasted my money! I wouldn’t dare recommend this excursion to anyone!

False advertising - DO NOT BOOK. They false advertise their cruise. We went to one spot and beached the boat and everybody just stood around in the water were people just tried to sell you a bunch of stuff while you’re in the water. We did not go on a snorkeling cruise. There is a photographer on the boat, taking a ton of pictures which we all paid him to receive pictures in an email and never received the email. SCAM

THE BOAT RIDE FROM HELL - DO NOT… and I can’t say this enough…DO NOT book a party boat cruise with these people. The absolute most horrible, ratchet, disgusting boat ride from hell. The music was horrible vulgar rap music which was blared at a deafening volume. We asked the staff several times if they would play something else and they ignored us. The staff was so unprofessional. There was about 40 people on the boat and they had hookah pipes all around the boat that people were smoking. They ran out of beer and had little motor boats randomly pull up to the boat to drop off supplies. The open bar consisted of a few beers and a horrible rum punch. I seriously considered jumping off and swimming to shore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourselves the boat ride from hell. Spend your money on something else. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING RATCHET CLASSLESS SCARY … did I say RATCHET???

Do not book unless you love rap music - Terrible! Drinks ran out quickly, we got a hamburger eventually, some tortilla chips with salsa. The music deafeningly loud rap music, people just posing for pictures. And smoking hooka. We couldn't wait for it to end.

Very sketchy - They were very unprofessional! First off, our excursion for party boat started at 2:30pm. No communication, I had to call them and even then didn’t know what I was talking about. The sent a van 1 hr after the time they were suppose to come and then ended up taking us to a place that wasn’t the party boat(very sketchy) I told them to take us back to the hotel but at first they refused. So I asked them what was their address. They claimed to not have an address which I thought was odd. At the end of the day, they ended up taking us back to the hotel … very scary experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Fraud! - If I could give it 0 stars, I would!!! We were never picked up for this tour. I called them several times and got no response. We even reached out to Viator customer service who also tried calling & emailing them & still got no response. I’m currently going back & forth requesting a refund! This is ridiculous & it ruined my boyfriend’s birthday! DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!
