Our favorite car service in Punta Cana yet! - Car service is excellent! We’ve used a few different companies in Punta, Cana, and this one is my favorite so far. Very nice vehicles, very professional drivers. Very flexible with a time change on our return itinerary, and easy to communicate with!

Wonderful Experience - This was a first ever trip to the DR for my wife and I. We weren’t sure what to expect by our time experience was great. Our driver Daniel Mora was awesome. Made sure we got to our resort in no time and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend this service to anyone looking.

So-So, with added stress - Vehicle was adequate, AC worked, no seat belts on one trip. Had some trouble with communication, especially on return. We needed to resend (round trip) reservation number on text chain, though they should have recognized my phone number and been ready. They wanted to P/U 1.5 hr later than we stated in text and they had to scramble to get us to the airport on time.

They didn’t pick us up for our return - They literally DID NOT PICK US UP! 4 am time for a 6:25 am flight confirmed by text night before, but no one showed up. Called and texted without a response. We had to scramble for a taxi at that hour and it was NOT easy. Very disappointed! Don’t waste your money, you’ll need to get a taxi anyway! With kids in our party it was added unnecessary stress.

Not a serious transport company - Unfortunately, I tried contacting Erika several times to arrange the pick-up time and she kept on ignoring my messages and calls. Not exactly someone I would recommend to book with.
