Amazing dolphin show - Absolutely brilliant day. Guys on the boat were amazing so informative The dolphins put on such a good show. No penguins out to sea feeding.

Wonderful wildlife watching tour - This is a great way to see the amazing wildlife around Penguin & Seal Islands if you would rather not get into the water. The crew are informative, and go out of their way to ensure that you see the sea lions, dolphins and other amazing wildlife that call these islands home.

Wondereful cruise - Sadly not the time for penguins but seeing the dolphins, sea lions, ospreys and pelicans was amazing.

Great boat trip to the dolphins - It was a wonderful trip with incredible sightings of dolphins, sea lions and sea birds. My wife and I have great memories of this boat trip and would be happy to repeat it at any time. Many thanks again to the whole team.

Misleading advertising - Advertising with photos of penguins should be changed, disappointing to not see penguins with overseas visitors, especially when we went to caversham wildlife park and avoided the penguins there in anticipation of seeing them at Penguin Island. Feels like we wasted our money twice, otherwise if this was just advertised as a sea lion and dolphin tour I wouldn’t complain as that is true to advertised and beautiful.

False advertising- you will not see any penguins - There are no penguins. The discovery centre no longer exists. Guide suggested going to the zoo if u want to see penguins. Totally understandable (conservation reasons) why you don’t see penguins but unfortunately the website has not been updated and clearly says “you can see a penguin feeding show”. My son and I were very disappointed, not worth the price.

No Dolphins, no penguins - We didn't see any dolphins or penguins. We had to rush because the last ferry was early that day. It was windy and freezing on the boat. Defenitely not a good experience!

First of all,the boat... - First of all,the boat that we used should have a glass floor so we can see fish,when I got to the office lady told me that boat is with mechanics and we will use normal boat - nothing about any refund or that we can rebook. Secondly, don't even think that you will see penguins - yes it is a penguin's island but during the day they out in the sea,but the company doesn't say anything about that in the advertisement. The sealions you can see they from faraway. If you are lucky you can spot delfins. Really disappointed

No penguins - Despite the name, you won't see any penguins on this tour. Very misleading, although the guide did a good job of trying to make something of the guided tour of the island. The glass bottom boat was also very disappointing. The glass bottom wasn't even mentioned by the guide as you couldn't see anything through it. Saw a few seals at a distance and two dolphins. Suggest you save 3 hours of your day and go elsewhere.
