This was our second time with the dolphins and again it was great!! We did the encounter and absolutely loved it. The interaction with the dolphins, the way the respond and know their trainers. Amazing!!! Hope to be back some day!!

Gillian was really nice at the dolphin encounter ! She explained very well and was enthousiastic ! Our kids loved her ! It could be nice that the pictures were included with the Price.
the welcoming at the begining with the waiver to
Sign and the explanation where to go/time/change was rude and not welcoming.

Geen beste communicatie. Eerst een introductie filmpje die geen informatie geeft.
Nadat je de dolfijnen hebt mogen aaien en foto’s zijn gemaakt werd er niet verteld dat je ergens kon douchen na afloop.
Heel onprofessioneel! Ik had me er meer van voorgesteld.

We chose "encounter" with a dolphinIt was rather diappointing, just expensive and boring. The first Group hat momentan time, we were in the second Group. IF WE HAD KNOWN that before, we would have just gone to the Sea Aquarium and enjoyed the Show with the Delphine. That Was nice and not expensive!
