There will be a breakfast stop or/and toilet stop before reaching the destination.\n- Ben Tre - Ben Tre, a charming little town located in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. We’ll take a boat trip along the Mekong River to visit a brick factory. This is a unique opportunity to witness the traditional brick-making process, which has remained unchanged for centuries. \n\nThen, we’ll head to a coconut farm to understand the local life and see the coconut production process up close. You’ll learn how coconut products are made. You’ll also experience the sleeping mats making with the locals.\n\nAfter that, we’ll take a peaceful rowing boat ride through the narrow coconut canals that crisscross the region. The serene waterways are surrounded by lush greenery.\n\nThen, we’ll ride the bicycle through the quaint villages and picturesque landscapes is a great way to experience the local culture and interact with the friendly locals.\n\nWe’ll have lunch at a local home for a delicious meal of traditional Vietnamese dishes made with fresh, local ingredients.\n- Ho Chi Minh City - We will head back Saigon and be back to the hotel around 6:00 PM.

Amazing Tour. Kero as our tour guide is the best! - What an amazing experience. It was absolutely worth the money.
We visited HCMC during the last week of May 2026 and booked this tour. The highlight of the experience was definitely our tour guide, Kero, who truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. He explained everything we needed to know about the Mekong Delta, as well as Vietnamese people and culture in general. He also provided excellent recommendations on where to eat, shop, and explore around the city. On top of that, he shared helpful tips on the dos and don’ts for tourists and gave valuable advice on how to avoid common scams.
As for the tour itself, it felt very authentic and allowed us to experience the daily life of the people in the Mekong Delta. We explored a small village, learned how chocolate and coconut candies are made, and even had a hands-on experience weaving traditional Vietnamese sleeping mats. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by a local family using fresh ingredients from their own garden, and of course cruised along the Mekong River on a small boat.
We genuinely had a great time and would definitely book with them again, especially with Kero as our guide.
Bonus points: Kero also took professional-quality photos of us, which was a really nice added touch to the experience.

Mekong Delta : Excellent Guide - Kero - Our guide Kero was excellent. His knowledge, his humor and his passion for sharing the delights of Vietnam was obvious that he loves his country and is a proud citizen. The group was small enough to feel included all the time and I found all the places we explored were very interesting. Kero took photos and shared them with the group. He added value to the trip by suggesting certain places to visit once our tour was over. I highly recommend Joy Journey and Kero.

Great day trip - Exactly as advertised - authentic and it was great. We were the only boats on both river boats we traveled on, very peaceful and it didn't feel like mass tourism at all. Really enjoyed our day trip thanks.

I had a good experience with Kero in Vietnam - It was a great experience with Kero to visit Mekong delta. Kero is very nice professional tour guide. He helped me a lot to understand and explore Vietnam. I recommend joy journeys and Kero if you are visiting Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam.

A little bit of everything and very approachable! - Excellent tour and great value for money! I highly recommend it if you’re interested in exploring the Mekong Delta by car, ferry, boat, and bicycle. It’s especially good for individuals or small groups, and suitable for all ages.
The tour is a full-day trip, so I wouldn’t plan too many other activities for the same day. Biking around Ben Tre was the highlight for me, and the tour did a great job showing daily life outside the major city, especially compared with Ho Chi Minh City. The group size was just right (only eight people total for me) which made the experience feel relaxed and personal.
Ken was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. Overall, a great experience and absolutely worth it.

Don’t miss it - amazing Mekong experience - What a tour! Honestly, the best experience!! Kero was an absolutely fabulous guide for us!! He was super knowledgeable and prepared. You can tell that he puts a lot of time and effort into being a great guide and providing background and information to visitors. I learned a lot from the tour and appreciated the history and background to all the activities and processes. It was well explained and showcased. It was an extremely special tour for me, and I want to thank Kero and the team for all the work and effort!

Nice tour for a one day trip - It was a very nice tour, and I've enjoyed it very much. Our guide Huy speaks very good English, and made it very special. It was still Touristy, but that was okay. It still felt authentic.

Amazing mekong delta excursion 😍🙌 - had an excellent experience on this Mekong Delta excursion in Ben Tre. The entire day was very well organized, with a perfect balance between scenic landscapes, authentic local food, and engaging activities.
What truly made the experience stand out was our guide, Kero. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate, sharing insightful information about Vietnamese culture, history, and daily life throughout the day. His enthusiasm and professionalism significantly enhanced the overall experience.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more authentic and less touristy discovery of the Mekong Delta. Thank you again for such a memorable day, and special thanks to Kero for making it so enjoyable.
