Amidst the lively streets of Sài Gòn, we embark on a journey to the historic Củ Chi tunnels, leaving the city behind to explore Việt Nam’s rich history and culture. A short stop at a local lacquerware factory will allow for a quick refreshment and restroom break.
- Ben Dinh Tunnels - Upon reaching the remarkable Củ Chi Tunnels, prepare for an engaging experience that takes you back in time. Spend about 1.5 to 2 hours exploring this historical site, where you can participate in various activities and learn more about the Việt Nam War from a Vietnamese viewpoint. Watch a brief propaganda video about the Việt Nam War to gain a deeper understanding of the Vietnamese perspective.
- Cu Chi Tunnels - Explore various underground bunkers, including a kitchen, meeting room, and ammunition storage, and visit weapon and booby trap exhibitions during your visit. For the adventurous, navigate the authentic VC tunnels, with options of 20m, 60m, or 100m distances, offering insight into the challenging conditions faced by soldiers. Immerse yourself in history by visiting the shooting range, where you can try firing AK47s and M16s. Please note that the cost of bullets is not included in the tour. Enjoy a taste of local tea and tapioca, the sustenance that kept VC fighters going during the war. It’s an opportunity to appreciate the significance of these humble provisions and their role in the daily lives of those in conflict. * After exploring the rich history of Củ Chi Tunnels, we depart the site and return to Hồ Chí Minh City.

Great Cu Chi tunnel tour, smooth pickup in District 1, and Luan was an excellent and informative guide. - Great tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Luan was an excellent guide and really made the experience stand out. He shared a lot of useful historical context and explained things clearly, pointing out details we definitely would have missed on our own. You could tell he knew the material well and enjoyed answering questions along the way.
We were picked up in an air conditioned van, which was very comfortable, and the driver did a great job navigating the crowded streets to pick us up in District 1 without any issues. The whole trip was well organized and ran smoothly from pickup to the end of the tour.

Cu Chi Tunnels Small Group Tour - Great tour experience. Our tour group Vinh was super knowledgeable and friendly. Tour was a small group of four people which allowed us to ask questions and explore at a nice pace without feeling rushed.

Uncomfortable for Women - Did the cu chi tunnels tour and while the tour was okay at first it quickly went downhill. While the tunnels were very interesting there was a few stops along the way that were not ideal. Not only that but there were 2 men on the tour that made my friend and I feel uncomfortable. They kept staring at us, following us, standing behind us and just overall made an attempt to get closer. the tour guide pulled us aside to tell us a “secret”, that these men were interested in us and wanted hook up with us. I found this incredibly irresponsible on her part. Her job is to be a mediator and guide not Cupid. I felt incredibly uncomfortable that she was aiding in making us feel unsafe. We were the stuck on a bus for another hour with these people and our bus ended up breaking down. Everyone got off and again, the men came up behind us. At that point we made the decision to get out of there and not be harassed. And books a grab. I felt very unsafe and humiliated, this tour company aided in that. It is a waste of money.
