Horrible - no response as if no longer in business - Terrible - called and emailed but no response as if they were no longer in business and totally wasted my precious time. Viator was not helpful in resolving. Do not book this package as you will simply be donating $ to this horrible agent.

They didn’t show up - They didn’t show up on that date I trying to contact them a week before and when i went to the location there’s no one show up . Waste my time!

I booked them for nothing. Waste my time and money - I need to get my money back, i booked them a week before u fly to vietnam, and trying to contack them a week before to double chek the time and information for the location but theres no answer, i waiting for an hours on the location and trying to call them but the number is no active! I need to call tripadvisor to asked my refund as this waste my time and money
