Fantastic tasting with knowledgeable host - Excellent knowledge and good variety of wines to compare across regions. Would recommend for burgundy fans to try smaller producers.

Great level up in burgundy tasting skills - Fantastic experience that elevated our understanding of the region and wine generally. We tried 4 pino noir wines (and one desert wine) from the region, with escalating complexity. Matteo was a great guide, who talked us through the tasting process and background of each wine.

Very good tasting - I was fundamentally hesitant to sign up for the Pinot Noir tasting because in terms of timing, having stayed one afternoon in Dijon, it could have been just right. Ultimately, I have no regrets... Not necessarily being a great connoisseur of Burgundy wines, we therefore follow through a presentation by the manager of the Les Clos Vivants cellar, very available to answer my questions - sometimes basic - basics the history of Burgundy wines, from their appellation, to the vintage, to the differences in harvests... In short, useful information... Tasting part, we drank 4 Burgundy Pinot Noir wines - including a Premier and a Grand Cru... I learned a lot of things there, and it's always nice to still have wine merchants who do tastings even if far from home. If it were up to me, I would have to do it again - for example with other alcohols or other types of wine.

Exceeded expectations! - What a wonderful hour spent tasting several Pinot noirs and learning more about the regions of burgundy wine. The guide was informative and since I was the only one in the tasting I got to ask a ton of questions. Plus a bonus taste of cassis and even a taste of French whiskey. The tasting is standing-keep this in mind and wear comfy shoes. I would definitely book again without hesitation!
