It was windy and cold but we got to see dolphins and crab island and enjoyed looking at houses in bay - Captain was great and very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was just perfect for us. We will definitely be back for warm weather.

Tiki Fun in the Sun! - The cruise was great! We had a 2 pm slot, had a lot of sun and the the water was not even waist deep which made it easier to walk in the water.

Fun weekend adventure - The captain was really cool he took us around the harbor before heading to crab island. The boat ride was so much fun and also crab island is a once in a lifetime experience it’s like a party in the middle of the ocean.

Bait and switch - My review is solely based off of my experience with TripAdvisor NOT the tiki boat company or it's staff. The tiki boat and staff were awesome! They did everything right. When I booked through TripAdvisor I thought I was buying a three tiki boat tour. Including a stop at crab island and actually able to get out of the boat and enjoy the water at crab island. But instead when I clicked purchase it went from a three hour ride to a one and a half hour ride. Instead of actually getting to experience crab island in the water. We drove by it and was only able to see as we drove by. It was very disappointing as this was our last day of vacation. We weren't the only people on the boat to get scammed by TripAdvisor either. Out of twelve people on the boat, seven people that bought their tickets through TripAdvisor. We were all VERY DISAPPOINTED. Again, this was not the tiki boat companies fault at all. We even explained to the staff about our experience with buying through TripAdvisor. Our family bought four tickets approximately $80 per person. So this was not a cheap outing for us. We enjoyed the hour and a half we had because the boat, staff and experience was amazing. But we bought something we didn't get and it was pretty upsetting not to get to swim at crab island.

Terrible experience.... - Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Not worth the money we paid. Even the drivers of the tiki boat seemed unhappy.
