Amazing! - We’re 100% happy we did this tour! Our guide, Paul, was fantastic! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and organized. He kept us on a tight schedule which allowed us to see so much. Our driver, Peter, was excellent! We made so many new friends on the bus and had the best time. It was nice to have all the driving, hotel planning and attractions all done for you. The hotels we stayed in were not high end places but they were fine. There were a lot of Chinese people on the bus so our guide did the tour in both English and Chinese. There was an unexpected additional cost of $28 each when we were told they added a drive through animal park. I would’ve preferred to be notified in advance. Other than that, we had no complaints. We’ll definitely look into more tours like this one.

To Rushed - I love the fact that thru Viator everything was taken care of. No surprises collecting $ from us. But, our tour guide did not have information about everything that we were seeing or didn’t always share where we were. Very broken English. And we were the minority on this tour. If we ever do another… I will definitely do more research. My husband and I enjoyed parts of this trip and we did make a couple of new friends. State Capital’s are pretty, but less time there and give people more time other places and more information. I understand that this isn’t in your control - and don’t blame Viator
