Highlights
- Denver - We will be starting out at Avanti Food & Beverage (the meeting point) for this tour. Avanti is a place to enjoy fantastic views over the Rocky Mountains and the city skyline from one of the best rooftop bars in Denver. It is also a collective eatery, where each restaurant is built in modified shipping containers. We will have lunch here at one of the absolute best gluten free spots in the country! I promise your non-gluten free friends will love this unique dish and spot as well!
- Denver Union Station - We will be stopping at Union Station to see this Denver hotspot, point out restaurants, shops, and more, while also having suggestions for when you come back. We will take a few minutes for photos!
- Denver - We will be stopping at a super fun local food hall that is run by a famous chef. You will get to see this amazing space, take some photos, and experience a gluten free beverage that is also local to Colorado!
- Denver - We will be stopping at a local brewery/cider stop for our final stop. There are a few hidden gems along the way on our trip.
There are two food stops total and two drink stops. You will get to experience the very best in Denver food and drinks!
- Denver - We will be going to another gourmet marketplace and food hall. They house a variety of local vendors, including a bakery, coffee shop, fish market, butcher, rotisserie, chocolate shop, ice cream, bar, and more! We will be having a snack at this location :)

Highly recommended tour even for the non gluten free in the family - Carrie is a wealth of knowledge and a very friendly guide. We were treated like a friend and were shown some unique places for gluten free food. The history of Denver was also very interesting, This is a very unique food tour and was great as family members are coeliacs and they both felt included.

Best GF tour and food tour! - This was an amazing tour in and out! Carrie was very personable, shared lots of cool spots about the city, shared some of her favorite food and made a memorable experience! This was definitely a highlight of our trip and I hope to get to do it again in the future!

GF on not, this food tour is a must! - What a fun way to spend the day in Denver! This was such a great tour that highlighted some of the best neighborhoods and food spots in the City and Carrie was an excellent host. She is passionate, knowledgable and fun with great stories to boot! I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in touring Denver in a different and unique way. Although I am not GF, it didn't matter because all the food and drink is incredible regardless, and my friends that are GF were able to let their hair down and not worry thanks to Carrie's guidance. We didn't have to fret once wondering if it an establishment would accommodate their needs - Carrie already took care of the hard work so we could just relax and have fun together. Highly recommend!

Great tour! - I have been on food tours all over the country, and this was a great one! I’m not even GF, and I still really enjoyed this tour. We visited some of the “must-see” places around town and ate more than enough (delicious) food! I’d recommend this tour to both GF and non-GF people. It’s a great activity for your first day when visiting denver to get your bearings and see where you want to visit again during your trip.

Gluten free fun! - We had a great time! This was a very unique experience that did not disappoint. Two of the three members of our party aren't even gluten free, and they loved all of the food and drink options!
Carrie was really knowledgeable about the city and even gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. This was a great chance to see the city and have some great food and drinks along the way!

Delicious and safe gf food and beverage tour - Carrie was such a knowledgeable and fun host on the gf food tour. We ate delicious food, drank cider and gf beer and learned so much about Denver. She is very conscious about cross contamination so if you’re a celiac you can rest assured that you’ll be safe as you enjoy eating different foods. I highly recommend this tour!!

Amazing, delicious and fun tour! - This was such a fun and DELICIOUS tour! I am gluten free so it was awesome to have something fun like this I could enjoy. And my friend who isn’t gluten free was blown away by how wonderful all the dishes were! Carrie is a wonderful guide. See the sights, eat food, and sip drinks! - Food and drink stops were great. We got to see all the Denver highlights in one afternoon: Union Station, Milk Market, Ballpark, and RiNo.
Carrie was a great tour guide and the fact that this entire tour is gluten free was a huge plus for us. She even picked out a great non-alcoholic drink for me.
