No tour! - None, no one came to pick us up for the tour we waited for a long time. I want a Refund! No show your guide.

Bad - We ttok an early flight from Dallas to Denver so that we can take the tour. They asked us to meet the tour guide at the steps of City Council at 2 PM on Sunday , 18th of June. We arrived at the pickup spot but nobody was there. There was a quincenerra photoshoot going on and we asked them, they also confirmed that they have not seen anybody. This is a shame. I am still waiting for the refund. Everytime I call Viator they say that they will wait for 24 hours to get a response from the local authority.

Horrible experience - No one showed up to the meeting spot. I attempted to contact the tour operator and it stated the call couldn't go through. We waited until about 6:15 pm.
