Additional Information
Take pleasure in exploring the renowned USS Liberty shipwreck, a favorite spot for both underwater photographers and videographers. Situated at Tulamben, a once small fishing village now transformed into a resort, this is a shore based diving experience. It’s just a two-hour road trip from Sanur. Please note that this excursion is tailored for certified divers - from those who’ve just earned their stripes to seasoned professionals.
- Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive
- It is recommended to bring a towel and a change of clothes
- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or change the dive spot to other dive site without any surcharge.
- Minimum age is 10 years to participate in this program
- All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult with your doctor
- Vegan and Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required

Personalised service - The personalised service was outstanding. I dove with my adult son and his partner who is a new diver. I am senior and we were all looked after, To have most of the weight taken from me on land was so helpful, especially on the uneven slippery volcanic rocks. They personalised the diving to suit all our experience. The equipment was in great condition, computers in good working order and set in front of us (Nitrox) The restaurant and meal/snacks/facilities all terrific. Definitely a company who pride themselves on personalised service.

Diving in Tumbulen - It was an amazing experience. I felt safe and in good hands with my dive instructor and saw so many different types of fish and coral.

Sensational dive Tulumlan - Sensational dive! I have dived all over the world and this was the best dive ever. Bali Diving were absolutely superb, so friendly, helpful and professional. The dive master even carried my tank and BC because I had a sore leg and put my fins on. Total luxury. I saw teams of fish and an abundance of coral. The shipwreck was fantastic.

Awesome day with Bali Diving. - We were recently certified in February and Bali Diving experience at Tulambem was perfect Well organized and able to reach out to contact easily on What’s App. They had our safety in mind and and took great care of us. Both dives great and memorable. Driving there and back smooth as well Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Would dive with them again anytime !

Impeccable Choice in a Sea of Options. - Top Notch Company! Organized, great training, communication was timely and helpful. Had an issue with the payment site, and the staff was quick to correct and make accommodations. Adi, my diving instructor was impressive. Cool natured, but very knowledgeable and serious about ensuring I learned all that he could teach me!
Such a quality experience with the entire operation, I booked additional days diving to just enjoy the sites and the company of the staff.
Highly Recommend!! Adi and Gede were both fantastic dive leaders. Will definitely return!

Great day with Bali Diving - Had a great day with Bali Diving @mrt_balitour.travel. Got picked up on time. All of their time really friendly and helpful. They have the chilled vibe that you expect from a dive school. My Dive Master Chris was really great. He talked me through the dive site well and was great with giving me a refresher on the equipment, which was to a good standard. Dive site great and Chris gave me some good feedback after my first dive which made the second so much better. We dived the wreck of USAT Liberty, which went down in WW2. It was an awesome experience and also saw some great marine life, including a giant turtle! On the way back to Sanur I had a great chat with Chris about the dive. He seemed pleased that I was asking questions and gave me a great insight into some of the things we saw and displayed a really good knowledge of the dive site. Thank you Bali diving and thank you so much Chris. Giles H, England.

Amazing diving experience and professional services by Bali Diving - I am a certified PADI OWD female diver and I looked for the opportunity to make a dive trip to Tulamben during my visit to Bali in November 2018. My divemaster and dive buddy Ketut and the rest of the team of Bali Diving made this experience unforgettable. They arranged everything - from picking me up from my hotel in Nusa Dua to taking me to their dive center in Sanur for paperwork and equipment preparation, arranging transportation to the diving resort, providing lunch, water, amazing two dives with perfect conditions, and on top of everything - providing underwater photos of my dives and bringing me safely back to my hotel when we finished our adventure. I spent 10 days on this magical island visiting many magnificent spots, yet the dive trip to Tulamben with the friendly, dedicated and professional crew at Bali Diving was a highlight of my travel and it was worth of every penny.

Perfect day diving - My partner and I (both certified divers who haven't dived for awhile) had a fantastic day out with Bali Diving. Very well organised company from the pick up from our hotel to fitting gear, transport to dive site, safety briefing, setting up for dive, diving, lunch and getting us home. We had 2 beautiful dives with easy beach entry. Nice warm water and the wreck was great with lots of colourful coral and tropical fish + other marine life. We felt very safe and are also both inspired to dive more regularly now! Thank you for a great day and we wish we had gone to Manta point with you also.
