Disappointed - I'm not sure what to say nor describe this Captain Cook Cruise. I booked this cruise in late 2023. Everything thing went thru, and confirmation was sent out. On the day we were picked up from our hotel on time. We collected other passengers along the way. Ladies at the counter informed us that the LOBSTER PACKAGE wasn't available. I didn't want to cause a scene nor hold up the line. So, I let everyone check in and collect their boarding pass. I went back and asked the girl WHAT I was entitled a bout a refund, as I paid for a LOBSTER package. She handed me over to her co-worker, that let's say, didn't really want to help nor assist me. She called the office and was then told I could have a credit of $170 FJD. I said great. Then she told me it's a drink voucher. That's when I said NO! You've told me that you can't offer LOBSTER. S o you can credit my credit card. Anyone looking up Captain Cook prices will see THERE not cheap. Crap toilet facilities, and the food wasn't that good to write up about. The ships Captain....Peter was outstanding, and a few crew members, but one lady I didn't get on with from the start. I'll just say it was my fault. I can't believe the money they advertise and the disappointing service this really was. Table clothes were dirty, the table clothes weren't even starched! I mean, we pay top dollar and got CRAP! Food was average.

Not the best - But lack lustre. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Food was great as was the service. But the trip itself was boring. Took us su long to get out to through the channel and then we just returned. It would have been nice to go around an island or something. Bit too expensive for what we got

Not worth it - Mediocre food. Dinner inside the boat instead of the deck. Cloudy( not their fault) very gimmicky but the crew was adorable.

Sunset Solace - We had great expectations for this trip. A nice looking catamaran and friendly crew. The cruise out on deck was very nice, things went downhill quickly when we went below deck for dinner. The main cabin was musty and dirty, very hot and uncomfortable. Several guests carried their plates upstairs and balanced their plates on their laps to avoid eating below. The buffet dinner was edible but poor quality. To top things off we anchored for about an hour while they tried to get everyone to buy more overpriced drinks. The captain left the deck lights on rather than let us see the stars as we motored in. I wish we had eaten at our resort.
