Great guide to go with - We have the best guide with us, he's always ready to go anywhere you want and help you with everything. We have been to haridwar gang lahri and had a pleasent time, went to safari with one off his colleague and saw leopord and elephant. Overall a good guide and recommend him mohan was the guide name, best driver also.

Expert driving and very dependable - We used this service for an 8 day tour with our driver Ifran. Ifran was incredibly dependable and had great knowledge of not-to-miss spots and handled some tricky urban and rural driving like an expert. We felt very safe and couldn’t have managed the trip without him. Highly recommend.

Recommend - Gajju was punctual, presentable, friendly, polite and a very safe driver on the slightly mad and chaotic streets! The hotels (which included breakfast) were superb and exceeded expectations. At Agra and Jaipur we had local guides who were very knowledgable and personable. In Delhi, the sights included were Delhi spice market and rickshaw ride and Jama masjid mosque. Then drive to Agra (4.5 hours - very clean car, air-con and bottled water) and Taj Mahal. Then lovely dinner at Molecule roof top restaurant. Next day Agra Fort then 4 hour drive to Jaipur via Stepwell and Monkey Temple and then traditional Indian restaurant with dancing. Next day, Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Water palace (picture only as turning into a hotel), City Palace and Janter Manter (observatory). Then 4 hours drive back to Delhi next day and dropped at hotel. To check before booking: all monuments entry fees are included and tour guide costs (tips are not). Ours were. Be aware of: most monuments are closed in Delhi on a Monday and Taj Mahal is closed on a Friday. Also you will be taken to a marble/stone shop in Agra and a textiles and separate gem shop in Jaipur. No need to purchase and you can tell driver if you don't want to go. Overall - very good value for the trip, comfortable travel and nice people. Kathryn/Sam/Ali (Feb 26)

6-Day Golden Traingle Tour - Delhi Agra and Jaipur - We turned the 4-day Golden Triangle Tour into a 6-day tour and found it really great how flexible the team of "Private Driver in India" responded to our wishes and ideas. Manoj, the tour operator, is very conscientious and made us directly a great suggestion what we can look at when. He himself was even there on the first day to discuss any questions we still had. He also did the tour of Delhi’s old town with us and was also a great tour guide himself. Ajit, our driver, was always very attentive, provided us with fresh water bottles every day and was a great companion. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants beyond the planned tour and drove us safely through traffic. We always felt safe and welcome and would recommend this tour to anyone. It's just nice when you come from crowded sights to know that a private driver is already waiting for you.:-) Thanks to the whole team for the great experience. It's been a beautiful journey.

Great experience with Deepu - We had a 5–6 day trip in India visiting New Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. We got a great price for both the vehicle and the driver, and the car options were very good. Everything was included in the price, so we didn’t have to worry about anything after booking. They even picked us up on the airpot. Our driver, Deepu, was amazing to travel with! He is mostly self-taught in English but communicated very well and helped us a lot with hotels when there was limited English spoken at the accommodations we booked. He was very polite and always prioritized our safety and health. All the guides he arranged for us were really good. We especially loved the guides in Jaipur, Fatehpur Sikri, and Agra. They provided extensive knowledge far beyond what we had imagined. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Indian trip - We spent our Indian week with Mr Manoj, a great driver - very polite, helpful and funny. He guided us all around touristic places but also in great restaurants and local craft men's factories to have a deeper understanding of the country. It was a pleasure!

Wonderful taste of Rajasthan and Agra! - Just finished our first taste of India with our guide Manoj, the owner of the agency! He’s been very professional and kind, accommodating every request and giving us useful tips. We especially appreciated his help to take the most from all the Indian food, both in cool restaurants and on streets, that was good highlight of trip! RECOMMENDED 👍

Wonderful driver and transport service. Kind, thoughtful, safe. - We had a wonderful time. Our driver, Vinodh, was extremely thoughtful and considerate. He drove equally well in city chaos traffic and highway conditions. He was always professional, and took excellent care of us. He knew Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi all very well and could take shortcuts and provide specific advice about how to best avoid traffic. The car was top quality and always clean. He was able to provide good suggestions when we asked him questions, but never tried to push his own agenda. He has a pleasant demeanor and sense of humor— very easy to talk to— but also fine to be quiet as well. Very smooth and fantastic experience.

An Disorganized and Frustrating Mess of a Trip - If you are wanting a relaxing, professional and organized trip to India I would recommend looking elsewhere as the experience was chaotic, disorganized and frustrating which made for a stressful and disappointing trip. The only good part is the driver was always right on time each day but since that is the bare minimum for any private car service it does not make up for how awful the rest of the operation and experience was. The main issues were as follows: -No communication after the initial booking, it took three follow up emails to get a response and questions were ignored. They also never asked for my WhatsApp when booking so I had to look up their number and contact them from the airport since I still had not heard from them. When I finally got a response, they asked me for all my hotel and itinerary details all over again -No communication between the driver and the company as the driver would ask me daily what the itinerary was so I had to pull it up each day and tell him where I wanted to go and then throughout the day in between stops he was ask where to next? -Some sights from the itinerary were ignored all together if I forgot to tell the driver multiple times where I wanted to go. Others, like Hawa Mahal, I was told there is no parking so we can only do a drive by to get a quick picture from the road for a few seconds despite there being tons of tourists all outside it taking pictures, so one of the top attractions in Jaipur you get to see for less than 5 seconds. -Requested to stop at the bazaars in Jaipur but I was told they are not good and overpriced and instead was taken to one of those commission type shops with a carpet weaving demonstration, I told them no and walked out before they could even start but it was after wasting my limited time sitting in traffic to get there and I had to finally insist on being taken to the other bazaar -Driver tried to sell me a special monument tour that supposedly only guided tours were allowed on but his friend could take me for INR2,000 which he claimed was half the price of a regular tour guide. I declined, but was very frustrating since he would not take me to all the requested sights on my actual itinerary but was trying to add an additional place the felt like a scam -The return trip to Delhi was chaos. The driver was unaware of the itinerary and that it included him dropping me off the airport. After I showed him the itinerary from my booking he said okay but then later told me he would be taking a new job in Jaipur and someone else would take me back to Delhi and the airport. I was then told by the company I would have two new drivers one back to Delhi and one back to the airport, then told actually the same driver I had earlier would come back and complete the trip, he then text me shortly before pick up that he would be 45 min late. When I asked who would take me to the airport the driver said he would but the company had said someone new would so I finally just texted the company and asked them to please just talk to each other to confirm who was doing what and to let me know because I was so tired of having to keep everything organized for them and the driver being clueless as to what was happening. -Driver repeatedly begged me to write a 5 star review and the last two days when picking me up each day he would ask me if I had written the review already despite each day me telling him each time I don’t spend my time on vacation sitting in a hotel room writing reviews I take care of that once I am back home making it an extremely uncomfortable experience for the rest of the drive. I am still surprised by so many positive reviews. This is the first time TripAdvisor’s reviews have been so far off from the actual experience. Reading the 3-4 star reviews I see now that others had similar experiences. I would recommend looking for a different company when coming to India so you can avoid the frustrating, chaotic, stressful mess this trip disappointingly turned out to be.
