Great, I really appreciated the explanations of the works - I really liked it because for those who love Vermeer, they will be delighted. The museum is well studied, the rooms are well arranged and you have an audio guide thanks to which you can learn lots of things, up to our days when this great painter inspired fashion and other artists. Certainly there are copies but there are many gathered in the same place, very practical Entrance 12 euros. I recommend

A must do to get to know the painter! - Extremely well done museum. Certainly there is no original painting but the explanations on each painting are precise without being boring. The scenes are very interesting

Great experience - My wife and I went to Delft whilst on a cruise to Rotterdam. Included in our coach trip was a visit to the Vermeer Centrum. What a great idea. If you are interested in art and more specifically Vermeer this is a great place to visit. What we found the most interesting was the explanation of Vermeer's techniques and the pigments used as well as a little information on each of the paintings. Without this information we would have missed so much of the detail in the paintings. We only had an hour but it was the minimum time you would need. Preferably you would need about 2 hours so as not to have to rush anything. There is also a great gift shop which stocks lots of items of interest.

Very interesting, even if you are not a fan of 17th century Dutch painting. - Small museum which presents reproductions of all of Vermeer's works. Explains how Vermeer used colors, perspectives, lighting effects, etc. Gives keys to understanding the works. Lots of explanations, audio guide especially in French.

Discover something new. - Wonderful Museum. It doesn't take long to go through but I saw paintings I had never seen before. I have a new favorite, "The Art of Painting". I definitely recommend going. It isn't crowded so it's a nice break from the tourists outside.

An opportunity for in-depth study - Vermeer's analysis of light and techniques for representing it is very interesting. Sad to discover that the vast majority of the master's works are found in the USA

Vermeer in Delft - It’s an excellent way to learn about Vermeer’s life, his paintings & his painting style. The museum is easy to follow in a short amount of time. Some of the exhibit set up is simplistic.

Informative, not very interactive - This center tells you everything about the life and work of Johannes Vermeer. The examples of his interaction with light and paint ingredients fascinated me. Unfortunately, I found the way the information is presented quite static. I also think the €12 entrance fee is relatively expensive for this static presentation. However, if you are interested in Johannes Vermeer: definitely visit.

Worth spending 40 minutes here - Enjoyed a brief visit here after our trip to the Vermeer exhibition in The Riksmuseum. I found the experience to be a little underwhelming having seen the real thing earlier in the day. The exhibits seemed to be a little bit arbitrary and arranged in a random manner. I felt that I could have learnt a little bit more about Vermeer and contemporary times / artists - and did not really feel that I learnt much new information from the Delft show. People were friendly and the venue was spotless and well maintained.

Tickets paid via tripadvisor, obviously provided by Viator, do not work at the museum :-(... - Tickets purchased via Tripadvisor do not work when you arrive at the museum!!! Forced to buy tickets on site, and therefore pay a second time. Complaint made, it remains to be seen if Tripadvisor will reimburse me....
