- Deadwood Welcome Center - At the Deadwood Welcome Center, visitors will discover the history of the 1868 Treaty of Fort Laramie, an agreement made between the United States government and the Lakota tribe.
- 566 Main St - Visitors will be regaled with tales of the influx of Chinese immigrants who arrived in the Black Hills following the discovery of gold, many of whom made their homes in Deadwood.
- 610 Main St - At The Brothel, Deadwood’s newest museum, guests will learn about the city’s notorious past involving prostitution and entertainment.
- 622 Main St - This location has a history that predates its current structure. Previously, a two-story building occupied the site, housing a barbershop on the ground floor and a tailor’s shop above.
