Great - Employee was fantastic and everyone was so kind. The process for pickup and drop off as well as checking in went so smooth i was afraid it would be some difficulties but it was a great / worthwhile experience.

Wonderful experience. - It was well worth taking an entire day to do an all inclusive trip to De Palm Island. The food was good and plentiful. Got to see flamingos. Had the best snorkeling experience on Aruba. There was no shortage of wildlife. There was also plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. The beach and snorkeling experience is just a few feet from your lounge chair. The ferry to and from the island ran efficiently. Make sure you bring towels and sunscreen with you and also bring water shoes as the beach can get rocky. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity while in Aruba.

Colorful island - Snorkeling and sea trecking was ultimate here on the island. Food is excellent. A good day to spend. All the people who work there are extremely nice

Relax mode - Beautiful place if you just want to relax. Reservations for certain things should be made in advance. I recommend water shoes, it is rocky. Massage is a plus! So relaxing.

Bad experience - They were late for tour pick up and dropped off to the airport. The driver Jason was reckless with his driving the worst part is they made us signed an injury waver agreement plus no seat belts in the open jeep I even bumped my head 🤕 we paid for an all day island tour but he skipped a few places the main one is the natural bridge!

Tourist trap with a lot of wasted time - The busses always seem to be late. The food was ok. The drinks were small but at least they were unlimited. We spent most of our time waiting for transportation and being transported to and from the island. Once there, we were disappointed by how small the beach area was and how many people were crammed inside. The beach is extremely rocky and crowded. We didn't bring kids, but the kids we did see seemed not to be having much fun. Sand castles would be impossible here. All of the shaded chairs were taken well before the last bus arrived to drop off the patrons. Good points were the free snorkeling equipment (take the tour, it's nice to get someone else to take pictures for you!) and the variety of pretty fish nearby to see. All in all, we probably won't go back if we ever find ourselves in Aruba again.

Beat for kids and teens - This trip started rocky simple bc there was no information about what time the bus would arrive to our hotel all correspondence said 10:00 but the bus arrived at 9:00. We missed the bus and had to spend an additional $40 for a taxi. Better for kids and teens I think. The excursions are worth it we had a great time on the under water adventure ($55 pp). It would have been nice to know that water shoes are recommended bc the sand and cove is VERY rocky. Bring your own towel also non will be offered. A little disappointing upon arrival but it got better the longer we were there.

Would not - Very unorganized When you get off the bus, they don't explain to you what line to be on not enough employees. They also tell you that last minute that you can't feed the flamingos. They also tell you last minute that the cabana is sold out would not do this again.
