Great Experience - Had a great time doing a solo tandem flight. Martin, my guide, was very friendly and patient as we had to wait a little while for the wind to pick up. Once we were airborne, it was about a 20 minute glide with great views of the mountains and the valley. A great experience overall and would recommend if you're into extreme winter sports.

Everything great - Great flight. Like the first time I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The view was magnificent and take-off and landing worked flawlessly. With Martin again at any time 👍

Appalling Swiss business class experience - My business seat on the Swiss flight from Johannesburg to Zurich had zero padding on the seat resulting in me having to sit on a pillow for a 10hour flight.asked the steward to examine it he apologised and said it would be reported to Maintenance there was not an alternative seat the flight was full. Wrote to Swiss they offered me a £100 voucher.I paid £2200 for a one way trip told them to keep their voucher . I have completed over 60 business round trips to South Africa often with Swiss I will not use them again and cannot recommend them to other business flyers.the aircraft used on this daily flight are badly in need of a cabin refurbishment .
