• Teesta River View Point - Guests will be picked up from their hotel or a designated location in Darjeeling and transported to Teesta Bazar, where they will meet their instructor.

After receiving a helmet, life jacket, a pair of oars, and a raft, participants will be ready to tackle the exciting waters of the dynamic Teesta and Rangit rivers.

The White Water Rafting adventure begins at a location known as the 7th Mile and continues downstream to Labarbote, taking approximately 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the river’s flow.

As participants navigate the Teesta, they will enjoy stunning views of dense forests on the mountain slopes, various bird species, fish in the water, and quaint villages on both sides of the river. These sights, combined with the thrill of rafting through the rapids and foaming waters, create an unforgettable experience.

Upon concluding the rafting journey at Labarbote, guests will be met and transported back to their hotel or designated location in Darjeeling.

The Teesta River is rated at Grade 4 on the international scale. It features a series of rapids with varying intensity and characteristics, while its tributary Rangit presents more turbulent waters, offering a greater challenge.
