Gangtok a must see for all. Yangthang Heritage Hote ideal place to stay with breakfast & dinner.l - Very Nice overall experience. Flights in time & hotel was really very good. Hotel food & service including staff behaviour was very pleasant & helpful.

Best Trip with a good travels - I had a wonderful experience with yes tours and travels through out my 6N/7D trip. My family loved the hotel stay, fabulous view, good breakfast as per our requirement. Gangtok is very beautiful, you should come with your friends or family or solo anytime. The nature will love you back and give you lots of memories but yes that was with the support of reba madam for coordinating the complete trip and iternary and manik sirji is the best tourist guide and driver. He helped us alot and shared ample of local knowledge about sikkim, west bengal, china and other nearby states. We had the best holy experience in Chardham, Namachi for the religious visit and special thanks to manik sirji he took us there without our iternary, no doubt we paid him but a suggestion is always better. I would recommend this tours to each of you and will visit again after some years for sure. The nature will love you back 💖

Great hospitality - We had an Amazing stay at Udaan wood berry..The property is really nice and beautifully maintained..Food was so tasty and delicious and they servers only a veg food which is so good…Staffs were really nice and helpful…We will all come again in future..Loved the hostility

Excellent and Nicely enjoyed your at sikkim and excellent arrangements by Reba madam. - Excellent arrangements by Reba madam. Driver provided is professional and well human being. Hotel provided are also very good. I have not faced any issue during the visit. I recommend to give maximum travel tour to driver Vilash ji as during my visit at pelling my wife suffering from heavy chest pain and Vilash ji help me a lot to admit at nearby hospital at night. Package provided by Reba madam is also cheap and affordable. No problem face as maximum family members was lady and I am very happy to say due to nice arrangements by Reba madam, my journey was very wonderful. Thank you Reba madam.

Sh Rupen and yestourism has made our tour memorable for which we all want to say him thankyou very much. - I am very thankful to yestourism and sh Rupen who had organised my sikkim and darjeeling tour. I went with my family and during entire tour the hotel and taxi provided were very good, hotel staff and taxi divers were also soft spoken and supporting nature. Although one hotel provided was far away from city and lacking of staff, and one activity of ropeway was missed, which were little disappointed. Overall we all family members has enjoyed and thankful to yestourism and sh Rupen once again.Here I also want to mention one special thing about sh Rupen, he is very soft spoken and caring to his guest.

Well organized travel agency - The trip was scheduled very well by Miss Mampi Paul. She took care of every detail and clarified all my doubts. There was no hassle in the hotel stay and the tour itself. I wss always kept in the loop

Mixed experience. Lack of focus on guest experience. - The experience I have had with this company is very mixed. The initial conversations with Reva was good and they seem to be accommodating all my requirements. I have had issues with drivers in my earlier trips to the north and hence dint want the same. This was taken care. Wr had a very good driver in gangtok who patiently showed us around and with a kid he was very accommodating. However thr hotels booked by the agency both in gangtok and Darjeeling were very average. Inspite of me repeatedly insisting on good hotels, the hotel in dargeeling was very bad. The steps were too steep and the hotel looks like nothing as in pictures. The hotel name was Tripoo potala palace and it was such a bad location and place. The hotel dint have a lift. We would have been climbing up and down with the kid everytime. The room opened upto thr sitting are of restaurant and the whole place had a stink of the food. On checking with Reva who was very nice up till then knowing we were travelling with a kid made a slipshot reply "kya aapke liye lift Daal Kar doon". Which tourism company responds like this. It was 8 30 in the night, freezing cold, the car could not go up the road till the hotel, we wr asked to walk up to the hotel. We ended up booking a hotel almost 1 km from this hotel which had lift and was 2 flowers lower than the floor level but comfortable rooms and good food. The whole trip to North east was good for us except dargeeling where rooms were a put off and the reply from the agent was not expected. Being a hotelier myself, I always prioritise my guests experience especially when they are travelling from a different place and I would ensure to give the best but in this case I feel the agent dint care about our experience. To add, dargeeling is very average and there is nothing great to see and also knowing Thursday is a holiday there we were given an itinery in a such way that except for the sunrise in tiger hill we couldn't see anything. This is a classic example of how people don't want to promote their places
