Highlights

First we will gather near the Dania Beach Pier for a quick rundown of what to anticipate, safety measures, and our paddling and snorkeling destinations. Once we’ve gotten acquainted and everyone has understood the plan, we’ll gear up for the journey. This involves inflating our oversized stand up paddle board, which is big enough to hold ten people or carry 1050 pounds/ 477 kilos. Fully equipped, we’re ready to dive in. Together, we’ll carry our gear into the water and start paddling out. We’ll snorkel on natural and man-made reefs, determined by the day’s current and water clarity. These spots are local secrets, far from the usual commercial routes. Our depths will vary between 10ft/3mts and 20ft/6mts. The marine life we might encounter includes Stingrays, sea turtles, various species of fish, jellyfish, conches, perhaps even a huge manta ray or a moray eel. Once we’re done, we’ll return to the beach for a refreshing fruit snack and beverages.
Other points to keep in mind:

Additional Information

We’ll be engaging in some paddle boarding near the Dania Beach Pier in the Atlantic Ocean as part of our touring journey. Under the guidance of a skilled guide, we’ll be snorkeling alongside both naturally occurring and man-made coral formations. The natural formation extends several miles along the coastline, whereas the man-made structures are confined to two smaller, lesser-known areas. These man-made reefs consist of vast concrete jax, beginning near the shore and extending over 1,000 feet to ultimately converge with the natural reef. Local divers love these spots for spearfishing or lobster hunting when in season. It’s an ideal location to discover elusive marine species and admire these unique and fascinating coral reefs.
