Great experience - We really enjoyed our trip w Will. Such a better experience than a big boat. My son had a blast. We saw lots of dolphins and then fished for a bit. Great time on the water

Fantastic tour - We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to go whale and dolphin watching with Off the Grid. We had the extraordinary opportunity to go out on a private tour. The boat was special, it was very safe but smaller than the large big company boats, giving us the chance to get a close look at the 50+ dolphins that came to play and swim alongside the boat. While William positioned us as best possible to see wildlife, we didn't see whales (that is a matter of fate), we saw many dolphins, birds, and a sea lion! The Captain is professional, knowledgable, and an overall very likeable person to spend time with out on the water. He even suggested we move up our reservation time to earlier in the day based on the weather - which turned out to be fantastic for us. I'd highly recommend this unique opportunity to get out on the Pacific and see what's there. When we return, we'll be going out with Off the Grid.

Fishing, boating, dolphin spotting at Dana Point with Captain Will - Its been a few weeks, but wanted to ensure I wrote this review and tell Captain Will thanks again for the great trip. First - Will was able to confirm a quick fishing trip on short notice and we agreed to make it work at bit later in the afternoon. We met and after a stop to get bait we were quickly catching fish. Will was informative, helpful and patient with 2 kids and 4 adults on board. We moved a few times to stay in areas where the fish were biting and he also stopped and pointed out countless pods of dolphins. I checked the reviews before booking - and I'm so happy we were able to make it work! Don't overthink this decision - Captain will is the guy you want to go with for a private fishing/dolphin/whale tour. We never felt uncomfortable and his boat had plenty of space for all of us. Oh, and If you book with Will, ask him about the guy with a metal wallet that ended up at the bottom of the ocean....

Family time - The trip is the very good for family is fun… and you can see the Delphine and you can fishing too !!!!

We highly recommend Capt Will!! - Captain Will was attentive, friendly, and knew a lot about the area. We saw plenty of dolphins, a grey whale (VERY close to us!!), and caught tons of different kinds of fish. What a great trip!! Would recommend to everyone

Private Whale watching - Will is a great host and captain. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great trip and saw some fantastic marine life. Will be back again soon.

New tradition made - Our experience was amazing and fun definitely a tradition we are making now. Me and my wife had so much fun. Our captain was so awesome felt like we new him for years. Amazing.

No trip no notice! - This trip did not happen! Vendor left us without a trip and no notice They blamed Viator but I have doubts Do not book this trip!
