New management - Haven't been here for years and found out its under new management.
The soup is as close to homemade as possible. I make this soup at home only twice a year cause it takes about @ $100 in ingredients and literally 2 days of intense labor(soak, blanch, boil, skim fat, prep meat) to get it milky white. Both the radish and nappa cabbage kimchees go great with this soup.
