• Damnoen Saduak - We depart from your hotel in Hua Hin / Cha-am at the crack of dawn, with the first light of the day. The early start ensures we catch the Danmern Saduak at its busiest, as it’s only active until about 11 am. Our journey takes us through quaint sugar cane villages and past factories, highlighting the region’s key agricultural products. Our destination in the morning is the dock for long-tail boats near the floating market, where adept skippers deftly steer through the waterways, gliding by plantations and traditional teak houses.\n- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - Our adventure culminates at the epicenter of the floating market. His renowned summer palace, known as Khao Wang, perched atop a hill in central Phetchaburi, is visible from a distance and affords panoramic views of the surrounding area, the river, and the mountains that converge with Myanmar. • The drive to/from the Damnern Saduak is approximately 2 - 2.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
