Great tour - Excellent overview of the assassination events. Highly recommend for a quick overview. Trolley could use some maintenance to make the ride more pleasant.

We enjoyed the tour so... - We enjoyed the tour so much! It really took you back to that infamous day with the actual audio and news reports. It gave us chills! The operater was great and very knowledgeable. Coupled with the tour of the Sixth Floor Museum, we walked away learning so much more. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience - Driver/guide very friendly, welcoming , informative and good sense of humour. We had visited the Sixth Floor Museum in the morning before doing the Trolley Tour at 3pm which allowed us to look round the Grassy knoll and general area in between. Can thoroughly recommend the tour. Saw many things of interest. (Note: the only public and very clean toilets are in the government building just across the Trolley Tour bus stop, it was our lovely Trolley Tour driver who informed us of this, it is not advertised)

Trolly experience - The experience of hearing the shots being fired while riding on the trolly brought it all to life. This was a great tour and very well planned out. This tour followed the exact route of President Kennedy.

Interesting! - The 6th Floor museum was closed, this was a wonderful substitute to the story. Really enjoyed learning more about the day, Oswald and the overview of the city.

The tour was great, but... - The tour was great, but it was extremely cold on the bus and it was cold outside with the rain. Driver used the AC to defrost the windows. It worked, but most people defrost the windows using the heater. However, the driver was very sweet and the tour was worth the fee

Don’t waste time - The driver has the entire tour narrated by a recording. She never spoke. Very impersonal by driver m

Beginning experience was terrible - I arrived at 1:25 pm to check in and receive my museum ticket. I was told by the tour guide I was not on his tour. I had to wait for someone else. 10 minutes later PAPALEO GIANCAR called me stating I am going to miss the tour. I was standing a few feet away from him! He apologized. I was the last person to get on the van. At the end of the tour he came with me to the booth so I could get my museum ticket. Everyone else got there ticket on the phone. I almost missed the tour.
