Great Tour to see JFK site and more - Great tour. I have taken many self-guided tours over the years, and this has been by far the best we have experienced. Easy to follow, with recommendations to eat around the area; the guide's video, images, and sound take you back to 1963. Great production. Make sure you read your booking confirmation on how to access the tour; we had to call the tour company for assistance. Also, remember your headphones.

Great story telling - For the price we paid, I was surprised the level of detail the tour provided. The story telling was fantastic. I also liked the flexibility to pause the tour whenever we wanted so we could walk around areas we wanted to explore on our own time.

Good way to go! - Good audio tour with history. I didn't want to spend a lot but get all the information, and this was the way to go. You may feel odd standing on street listening but there were a bunch of people doing it.

Scammers - Don't book here, they are scammers. Even though we arrived at the place, it was impossible to take the tour due to a strong storm, it continued to rain for more than 6 hours. They took our money for a service they never provided. Viator said the refund had to be issued by the tour operator and the tour operator that it had to be Viator. Then they said no, due to refund policies. Obviously it is cancellation due to force majeure.
