Do not miss this opportunity! - I'm actually a pretty good cook myself and do a number of Chinese dishes, so I wasn't sure if I would get anything "new" out of this course. But I did indeed learn some new techniques and food combinations that I would have never encountered on my own. And presenters Vivian and Johanna are as nice and as sweet as can be! Don't miss this opportunity.

You won't regret this class! - Booking this class for the first day of my Taipei trip was one of the best decisions I made. I was extremely jet-lagged and exhausted, but this class was so calm, fun, and relaxing. The teachers were so warm and friendly and knowledgeable, the food was absolutely delicious, and I learned new tips and techniques. I also appreciated the chance to make a few foods that are different from soup dumplings/beef noodle soup, and I learned about some of the rare spices and ingredients that make up Taiwanese cooking.
