Great driving from Da Nang airport to Hoi An - The driver waited patiently with a card with my name on it. It was very easy to find the driver. He speaks English and very considerate! The van was big and clean and very comfortable for 11 of us! Will definitely book him in other tours too!

Convenient shuttle service - I just had a trip to Da Nang Vietnam and had the opportunity to experience the Private Transfer service from Da Nang Airport/tranin station/hotel to Hoi An or Vice Versa. This car rental service is really convenient when you come here to travel. I took a bus from Da Nang to Hoi An City for tourism. The driver was friendly and enthusiastic, the English communication consultant was very fluent like a local, making me feel like I was traveling in my own country. The car was clean, had a pleasant aroma, not at all the unpleasant smell like many other service cars. A big plus is that the shuttle bus is quite on time, no need to wait long. The price is very reasonable, suitable for my budget. The car goes quite fast, only takes about 1 hour to get there.

10/10 - We booked our trip through Agoda, trusting their partners to be reliable, and everything went smoothly. Scam - I learned about this company through my friend in Ha Noi. I booked several transfers and they mentioned they also offer car services in Da Nang. I paid in full for the transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An and the tour. However, when the driver dropped us off at the hotel, he demanded 10$ for a late pickup. While we could pay extra, our booking specifically requested pickup at 21:45, and the operator confirmed there would be no extra fee. The driver demanded the money with an angry expression, making us feel like we had done something wrong. The company never called to explain the situation.

Quite amusing driver - We updated the pickup time with the host. They confirmed a 15:00 PM pickup from our hotel. At 14:55 AM, I messaged the driver that we were ready. He sent message at 15:10 PM that he late 10 mins, which was fine. When he messaged us, we couldn't see him, so I asked him to wait at the arrival hall. My partner was in the restroom for 5 minutes. We waited until 15:25, but we still couldn't find the driver at arrive hall. He then said he couldn't wait any longer because he had to pick up guests at the airport. Despite arriving late himself 25 mins, he complaining about our delay. It seemed he didn't care about us because we hadn't booked directly through him. Quite amusing.
