Amazing - We had an amazing guide and group. It was a lot of fun. The place itself is quite touristy but still impressive in its own right. Our lunch was amazing - so much to choose from and everything delicious. You have to get lucky with the views - we had mostly fog which has a charm of its own but may not be what you expect. Golden Bridge itself is completely overrun with tourists but otherwise the crowds were not too bad.

Group travel to Ba Na Hills, Sun World, Golden Bridge - We enjoyed our group tour of the Ba Na Hills, Sun World, and Golden Bridge. We were surprised at the massive development of this once French imperial resort, now taken to a new level by Sun Group investment only in the last 11 years. The place is a Mecca for tourists from all over the world and signature for Da Nang tourism. Our guide Mariana was on her first day back as tour guide. We found her English a little difficult to understand maybe she was a little nervous for first day back. But she was very helpful and explained how to get around between sun and moon castles.
Cable car travel was very enjoyable as was the Golden Bridge. But super popular with tourists. Very crowded even in September.

Vietnamese Disney - Phuc was a great tour guide! My rating does not reflect on him whatsoever.
I wouldn’t say this is a uniquely Vietnamese experience, so if that’s what you’re looking for, maybe just go check out the golden bridge separately and get on with your day.
The train ride portion of the tour was completely pointless. Not sure why it even exists.
If you are a vegetarian, do not choose the “include lunch” option. In a MASSIVE buffet, you will have 3 options, one of which is spaghetti. A complete waste of money. There are plenty of places to eat outside of the specific tour restaurant.
Also, expect crowds! It’s a popular place, so be patient.
