Amazing Macchu Picchu trip in small group - We took the short two day Inca trail to Macchu Picchu. We were in good hands with Kenko Adventures with the guide taking good care of taking our small group away from the big crowds and feeding us with detailed information about all aspects of the sight and the trail. Logistics were smooth and clear, with excellent English communication and everything on time. Can highly recommend!

If you're looking, book with Elvis! - The trip with Elvis was fantastic. From booking, to communication before departure, to the trip itself was excellent. He answered every question very quickly, got in touch again before departure to discuss final details and also shone with an incredible amount of information when hiking himself. In addition, he knew the best photo spots and has also demonstrated a very good skill as a photographer himself. You can tell him that he loves this job and that he wants to introduce travelers to the Incas, the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu. The tour took place in a group of 5, both of us and another family, so it is not like usual to hike with 10-15 people, so it was much better to meet the needs of the individual. I would book this tour again every time and would recommend it to any other person, thank you for the unique experiences would be these two days!

Machu Picchu with a knowledgeable guide - Our guide, Elvis, was so wonderful. He was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable! Our family of four, did the two day tour with the hotel stay in Aguas Calientes. Kenko took care of everything and even provided an amazing home-cooked lunch for our big hike day! Elvis met us at our hotel and provided a duffle bag so we didn’t have to carry anything heavy on the hike. The train was the vistadome train and felt very fancy! We arrived at 104km and were ready to go! I was nervous about the elevation gain, but it was worth every step. My kids felt so accomplished and proud of themselves for this cook accomplishment! I couldn’t recommend Elvis and the Kenko team more. He quickly felt like part of our family.

Professional and caring tour company. - The organization was top notch. Met at hotel with instructions and the bag to put our overnight clothes etc in for them to send on to Aqua Calientes so we didn't have to carry them. All we had to carry was our box lunch, water, and raincoat etc. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and kept everyone motivated and moving at a good pace with extra effort for those in the group who struggled with the uphills and those with the downhills. Can't say enough about the views along the way and short stop at Winay Wayn ruins. And the second day was just as great.

Just amazing, only positive - Everything was organized wonderfully. Debriefing with my guide the day before at the hotel for all explanations and advice. All the transfers, all the entrance tickets, the food during the short Inca path (which was otherwise delicious), the historical explanations on each crossing point, answers to all my questions, whether about the place or about Peruvian life, the Ferre hotel in which I spent my best night overlooking Urumba, and an incredible breakfast, in aguas calientes, dinner with my guide at the end of the hike, was everything perfect. Two days at Machu Picchu, where my guide took me excellent potos, the famous "photo postcard" overlooking the site from above, and the next day, the visit of the site with explanations. I was alone with my Elvis guide, and it was much better than I could have hoped for. Elvis is kind, attentive, he has good knowledge, adapts to your pace, and gives very good advice. I totally recommend it! I did this at the end of November and I got lucky with the weather. The site was also very quiet as it is not high season.

Amazing trip to Cusco/Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu with Elvis/Kenko Adventures - Just got back from an amazing trip to Cusco/Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu. Kenko Adventures delivered on everything promised and more! Warm and polite is how we'd describe Elvis (our guide), David (our driver) and in general the people of this region. Elvis had meticulously planned our itinerary and all we had to do was go along with the plan and enjoy! He was not only our guide on the trip, but took some amazing pictures and videos of our visit and accommodated a last minute day long tour of Cusco. Their website clearly explains each itinerary and various options, which is what lead us to call Elvis in the first place, and comparison shopping only made our intent to go with Kenko stronger. Highly recommend Kenko Adventures if you're planning a trip to Machu Picchu.
