Peruvian cuisine, exceeded my expectations. The charm of Mercado San Pedro and the cooking class that has surprised me. - A unique experience to get to know Peruvian cuisine with a walk through the San Pedro Market first to appreciate the variety of products. Dael, a master, a professional chef who held nothing back and made us have a very pleasant time. He taught us how to prepare cocktails with pisco, varieties of ceviche, stuffed potatoes, soups and dessert with typical fruits of the region. For gastronomy lovers, it is an opportunity to take advantage of without a doubt. Thanks Dael!

Amazing and delicious experience and smooth crew! Highly recommend!!!! - It was a great experience! The day started with a tour of the market, where we got a thorough overview and detailed explanation of local produce and the use of them in Peruvian cuisine. The cooking space was well set up, the crew worked together seamlessly to make it a smooth and delicious experience for the whole group. We made so much beautiful food that the experience doubled as lunch for all of us. They also accommodated vegetarian option! Highly recommend!

Perfect first day activity for Cusco - Dael met us at the pick-up point and gave our group a thorough tour and education of the regions food and ingredients. Our class was a nearby walk away and his demonstrations and kitchen studio are wonderful. Impeccably clean and inviting. This is not a short or rushed experience (you make many courses) so be prepared. We had a light snack around 2 and we were glad we did so as to not get too hungry before our first meal. Also, our kids participated and did very well with only a little help. We think this was a great tour for our first day in Cusco as our bodies acclimated to the altitude. Thank you Dael.

Worth every penny! - We had an amazing time with our chef Maurizio. We learnt a lot about local ingredients and the Peruvian gastronomy! We cooked three ceviches (traditional, ancestral and classical), a soup, a gratin, stuffed peppers and a dessert made from local fruits. We also made a passion fruit pisco sours. Thank you !

A must book in Cusco for foodies! - This is an exceptionally great tour! Dael made our experience very enjoyable. The tour around the market was informative and we were able to try many different Peruvian foods, several things we would have not otherwise tried!

Good Peruvian cooking experience. Needs Meat. - Excellent cooking class. Started off in the market with Mauricio our chef explaining every ingredient of the dish and where to find it in the Mercado. This is an actual hands on experience on most of the Peruvian dishes, although some of the ingredients were prepped ahead of time due to time constraints. The pisco sour and the ceviche - we definitely enjoyed. We can proudly say that we can make those on our own. We are giving this a 4 star just because of the lack of “meat.” We didn’t realize that all of the dishes catered to a vegetarian palate except for the ceviche (fish). I’d suggest adding the ground beef for the Stuffed pepper dish. And the potato soup would have benefitted more flavor. But overall, a good experience.
